Basement renovation before and after
This basement renovation involved new framing to separate mechanical room and create open space living area, installing new vinyl click plank flooring, creating accent wall finished with ledger stone, paint on walls and ceiling. The customer chose not to drywall the ceiling but spray paint it instead. Pot lights were added throughout the area. The mechanical room was soundproof insulated.
Main floor kitchen, powder room and laundry renovation
This project involved complete demolition of existing kitchen and floor tiles throughout the main floor. The new 24×24 ceramic tiles were installed as continuous flow into the powder room and the laundry. New storage with custom shelving was framed to improve the kitchen functionality. Also the ceiling was made straight in order to get rid of the niche with chandelier in the middle of the kitchen. New pot lights were added with two pending light fixtures above the island.
